Aimed at drivers aged 13 -15 with an interest in making the transition from karting to cars, the Douglas Driver Development program delivers a tailor made program unique for each driver.

Wayne Douglas, Team Principal, and a former British Champion in Formula Vauxhall, has two decades of racing experience to draw on, gained in everything from karts to GT/sports prototypes and can offer tuition and coaching at every level.

We can provide extensive 1 to 1 tuition with full engineering back-up. Our cars are fitted with full data logging systems, in-car cameras and pits-to-car radios, all to help you get the best out of them, and out of yourself too. We have an extensive database covering all major circuits to enable you to compare your performance with proven stars in similar cars. We can give you the tools and everything else you need to do the job.
