In advance of the final race meeting of the 2016 BRDC British F3 champioship at Donington, a test day took place today, September 8th at the East Midlands track.
Douglas drivers were very quick throughout the day, finishing 2nd and 3rd fastest in the morning session with Randle pipping Ahmed to second pace by .071 seconds. The second session saw Thomas Randle finish at the top of the classification, with Enaam Ahmed further back in 7th.
The evening session saw Thomas Randle top the classification with team mate Enaam Ahmed in 3rd place. Both drivers and the team are hoping that they can bring these quick speeds into the racing at the weekend.
